BlueLink exchanges experience on public participation in the regional development
From April 23 to April 29, 2007 BlueLink took part in a study visit about the different mechanisms for stimulating public participation in the regional development. The meeting was organized by the project leader Milieukontakt, the Netherlands, for the Bulgarian, Romanian and Croatian partners.

Integration of environmental sustainability in ICT policy was a major focus at the National consultation on ICT policy in Bulgaria, led by BlueLink and the State Agency for Information Technology and Communications.
Greening Internet Governance
Among hundreds of other issues, environment protection made its way to the discussion in the first Internet Governance Forum. The event was called by UN’s Secretary General in November to guide the development of Internet, following upon the World Summit on the Information Society (2003 – 2005).
