BlueLink's Founders

BlueLink started in 1998 as a joint project of environmental NGOs from different cities in Bulgaria.

The BlueLink pilot project was co-ordinated by ECO-CLUB 2000 with the financial support from Milieukontakt Oost-Europa. The BlueLink Information Network was initially managed by a Steering Group according to the BlueLink Steering Group Constitution.

Since 1999 BlueLink is registered as a foundation under the Persons and Families Act in Bulgaria. The supreme body of BlueLink is the Council of the Founders. It consists of representatives from founder organisations and three individual founders of BlueLink.
